You'll be part of a fully remote therapist team, utilizing secure video conferencing tools to provide direct support to clients. • Conduct individualized counseling sessions with clients via video chat, ensuring an ethical and compassionate approach to mental health therapy.
• Utilize solution-focused treatment methodologies to address clients' specific mental health needs, adapting techniques to suit individual situations.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that cater to the unique backgrounds and circumstances of each client, regularly revisiting these plans to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments.
• Assist clients in gaining insights into their feelings, thoughts, and relationships, promoting self-discovery and growth.
• Implement strategies that help clients develop effective coping mechanisms and support them in navigating life's challenges.
• Engage in ongoing communication with clients and provide follow-up care to ensure successful outcomes.

Our client base primarily consists of stable, low-acuity adults who seek support for a range of mental health concerns. As a mental health therapist, you will focus on providing treatment that addresses common issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. Your role will be instrumental in helping clients enhance their emotional well-being and achieve their personal goals.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• A valid, fully licensed credential allowing independent practice, such as:
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Experience working with diverse populations and varied mental health issues.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate nature to effectively engage with clients.
• Competency in using telehealth technologies and electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Previous experience working in an outpatient setting is a plus.
• Experience with a wide range of solution-based therapies is desirable.
• Familiarity with remote counseling platforms and best practices in telehealth is preferred.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, based on your experience and hours worked.
