Lead full-cycle debt and equity placement: sourcing lenders, structuring capital stacks, underwriting, preparing marketing collateral, negotiating term sheets, and managing all parties through closing.
  • Market Expertise
Provide high-quality guidance informed by CRE capital markets fluency, lender program criteria, and real-time market insights to advise clients on strategy, risk, and optimal execution paths.
