Key Responsibilities

• Manage your flexible schedule by determining the number of clients you wish to see each week, allowing for a work-life balance that suits your personal needs.
• Grow your caseload with the support of our marketing efforts and client referrals, connecting you with individuals seeking your specialized skills and therapy styles.
• Utilize our client-matching program to pair with clients that align with your clinical preferences and areas of expertise.
• Provide personalized and responsive support to clients, streamlining their access to care and ensuring they receive timely treatment.
• Quickly verify client insurance benefits through our automated systems, eliminating delays and ensuring that you can support clients without unnecessary interruptions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse client base, including individuals facing mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Our focus is on providing effective and compassionate care tailored to each individual's needs, enhancing their well-being and empowering them toward recovery. By leveraging telehealth platforms, you can reach clients in various geographical locations, ensuring that those who are underserved have access to the care they need.

Qualifications

• A current Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.
• A master's degree in Counseling, Professional Counseling, or a related field.
• A dedicated home workspace that ensures privacy and security for client interactions.
• Compliance with all necessary background checks and regulatory requirements.
• Proven knowledge of mental health and/or substance use disorder diagnostics and interventions.
• Comfort with technology and ability to use digital tools throughout the day, including telehealth software and various communication platforms.
• A record of successful client partnerships aimed at achieving individual goals.
• Experience utilizing comprehensive assessments to develop effective treatment plans.

Preferred Experience

• Clinical proficiency in evidence-based practices such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
• Previous experience in telehealth or remote counseling settings.
• Familiarity with insurance reimbursement processes and benefit verification systems.

Compensation and Benefits

Zenith Wellness Group offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000, commensurate with your experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
