Key Responsibilities
  • Engage directly with clients to collaboratively set and achieve their treatment goals, ensuring that therapy is tailored to their unique needs.
  • Provide evidence-based, prevention-oriented therapy sessions via telehealth, adapting techniques to suit individual client situations.
  • Develop, implement, and regularly review comprehensive treatment plans to maximize therapeutic outcomes.
  • Collaborate with various treatment providers and placement agencies to ensure continuity of care for clients who may require additional services.
  • Complete all documentation, including session notes and treatment plans, in a timely and efficient manner to comply with legal and ethical guidelines.
  • Maintain an active caseload while managing your schedule and documenting client progress regularly.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client base consists of individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and transitional life issues. You will work with adults and adolescents alike, forging therapeutic relationships that encourage growth, healing, and resilience. Our telehealth model allows us to reach individuals who may otherwise lack access to mental health services.

Qualifications
  • A fully licensed professional counselor (LPC), licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT), or licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) is required.
  • Minimum of one year of relevant experience in mental health counseling or a comparable field.
  • Familiarity with community mental health resources and local support networks is a plus.
