This role is ideal for engineers with deep expertise in Kubernetes, CI/CD automation, cloud infrastructure, and platform reliability who enjoy working in high-performance remote engineering teams serving North American and UK markets.
You will help architect infrastructure, improve deployment velocity, optimize reliability, and support highly available production environments across modern SaaS and cloud platforms.
Key Responsibilities

  • Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for reliable software delivery.
  • Manage Kubernetes environments and container orchestration systems.
  • Implement Infrastructure-as-Code solutions using Terraform or similar tools.
  • Improve platform observability, monitoring, and incident response processes.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams on release automation and deployment workflows.
  • Troubleshoot production infrastructure and application performance issues.
  • Support cloud security, compliance, backup, and disaster recovery initiatives.
  • Contribute to platform scalability, reliability, and cost optimization efforts.
  • Mentor junior engineers and promote DevOps best practices across teams.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering roles.
  • Strong experience with Linux systems and cloud environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools.
  • Experience with Terraform, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or ELK Stack.
  • Scripting or programming experience using Python, Bash, Go, or JavaScript.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with ArgoCD and GitOps workflows.
  • Knowledge of networking, security, and distributed systems.
  • Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform).
  • Experience supporting SaaS or enterprise applications.
  • Open-source contributions or technical blogging experience.

Benefits
Competitive salary based on experience and technical expertise.
Fully remote role with international opportunities.
Work with modern cloud-native technologies and high-growth companies.
Long-term career growth opportunities in DevOps and platform engineering.
Exposure to enterprise-scale infrastructure and automation projects.
