Team Lead-Oil & GasAbout the Position
As aTeam Leadin theOil & Gasgroup,you willbe responsible forgrowing and leadinga teamcomprisedof engineers, drafters, designers, and/or technicianspredominantlyservicingindustrial clients. A Team Lead's primary responsibility will be theaccurate,timely, and quality completion of Electrical Engineering scopes assigned to the team. The Team Lead willassistin the development of thedepartment'sStandard Best Practices (SBP's) and enforcing/implementing them when pertinent.Team Leads will be a mentor and coach to team members on their team and help them grow individually as professionals.
Salary Range:$125,000 - $175,000/ year
The salary range above is based upon the Denver, Colorado labor market.
This opportunity isonly available to candidates in or around Midland/Odessa, TX via remote.Candidates can work remotely from this geographical location.
Essential Responsibilities
Preparesa variety of documents and reports associated with projects including cost estimates, budget reports, proposals, and studies
Attends conferences, training workshops, seminars, regular undergraduate, and graduate classes asappropriate foradvancement and asrequiredtomaintainquality of work
Reviews and verifies the work of engineers, designers, drafters, and field service personnel forgeneral qualityand accuracy

Team Leadis responsible formanaging their own workand the work and schedule of their team,with input from supervisor,and completing assigned tasks.The Team Lead willmentor, coach, and develop theteam members on their team toward fulfilling their individual career aspirations.
Team Leadis responsible forthe overall quality of project deliverables and quality of team's work.Team Leads will coordinate with Project Manager to ensure technical deliverables are provided on-time and meet all client specifications and contracted scope.
