You will utilize a collaborative digital platform to conduct individual and group therapy sessions, network with healthcare professionals, and track patient progress. • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Monitor and evaluate client progress at regular intervals, modifying treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and social workers, to create comprehensive intervention plans that address the full spectrum of client needs.
• Coordinate with psychiatric professionals to follow up on clients who have been admitted to hospitals or other care facilities, ensuring continuity of care.
• Identify potential barriers to recovery, developing proactive strategies to address those challenges with clients and their families.
• Provide guidance and support to family members and caregivers in coping with mental health issues, offering resources and strategies to enhance their understanding and support.

• Must hold a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• State licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) is required.
• Demonstrated experience in providing mental health counseling, with a strong understanding of therapeutic modalities and client-centered approaches.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with an emphasis on empathy and active listening skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of various medications and their effects as prescribed in mental health treatment.

• Prior experience in an outpatient mental health setting is a plus.
• Experience working with specific populations, such as children or those dealing with trauma, can enhance your effectiveness in this role.
• Certifications in specific therapeutic techniques (e.g., CBT, DBT) are valued.

Maple Valley Counseling Center offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $80,000 to $101,000 annually, commensurate with experience and productivity. In addition to a base salary, you will enjoy a range of benefits including:
