This full-time position allows you to manage your own schedule while influencing positive mental health outcomes for individuals seeking help. With your clinical expertise, you will engage with clients through secure video conferencing, enabling you to build meaningful therapeutic relationships that drive personal growth.

About the Organization

Social Behavioral Health Solutions LLC is a forward-thinking mental health service provider focused on connecting independently licensed therapists with individuals in need. Based in Farmingdale, New York, we prioritize the well-being of our clients and foster an environment that highlights the diversity and skill sets of our mental health professionals. • Maintain ongoing communication with clients, adjusting treatment interventions as deemed necessary based on progress and emerging needs.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client base consists of individuals seeking mental health support for a range of issues, typically characterized by low acuity and stability. This unique demographic allows you to focus on preventive care and sustainable therapeutic growth, enhancing patientsโ€™ coping mechanisms and emotional resilience. By working with a diverse body of clients, you will enrich your therapeutic skills while also addressing individualized treatment needs that resonate with your professional background.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
  • Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • Demonstrated ability to make professional assessment decisions and implement effective treatment plans.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a compassionate disposition toward client care.
  • Proficient in using technology, with a strong command of computer applications relevant to telehealth practices.
Preferred Experience

  • Background in diverse therapeutic modalities and an understanding of a variety of cultural contexts.
  • Previous experience managing a caseload efficiently and effectively.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, reflecting your level of engagement and hours worked.
