• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Demonstrated ability to make professional assessment decisions and implement effective treatment plans.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a compassionate disposition toward client care.
• Proficient in using technology, with a strong command of computer applications relevant to telehealth practices.

• Experience working with remote clients via telehealth platforms.
• Background in diverse therapeutic modalities and an understanding of a variety of cultural contexts.
• Previous experience managing a caseload efficiently and effectively.

The salary for this position ranges from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, reflecting your level of engagement and hours worked.
