Job description

About OpenLoop
OpenLoop was co-founded by CEO, Dr. Jon Lensing, and COO, Christian Williams, with the vision to bring care anywhere. Our telehealth support solutions are thoughtfully designed to streamline and simplify go-to-market care delivery for companies offering meaningful virtual support to patients across an expansive array of specialties, in all 50 states.
About the Role
OpenLoop's mission is to bring care anywhere by powering telehealth solutions at scale. The Financial Systems Administrator will own the administration and day-to-day health of OpenLoop's financial systems ecosystem, ensuring NetSuite and its integrated platforms deliver accurate, connected financial data while enabling Finance to operate efficiently across a fast-growing, multi-entity healthcare organization.
What You'll Do
  • Administer OpenLoop's NetSuite OneWorld instance across our multi-subsidiary structure - user/role management, saved searches, dashboards, and workflow automation.
  • Own and troubleshoot data integrations between NetSuite and Snowflake, Rippling, and Ramp, resolving sync failures and data discrepancies.
  • Build and maintain SuiteQL queries and saved searches to support FP&A and Accounting reporting needs.
  • Document integration architecture and create runbooks so system knowledge isn't tribal.
  • Partner with Accounting, FP&A, IT, People, and Procurement to keep financial data accurate and timely, especially around month-end close.
  • Support the rollout of NetSuite inventory management.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Who You Are
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4-5+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration experience (OneWorld preferred).
  • Experience supporting financial systems in complex, multi-entity and multi-subsidiary organizations.
  • Demonstrated ownership of at least one system integration (iPaaS/middleware or custom API) into or out of NetSuite.
  • Proven experience building or troubleshooting integrations between NetSuite and external systems (HRIS/payroll, spend management, or a data warehouse).
  • Comfortable operating independently as the primary NetSuite subject matter expert in a remote, high-autonomy environment.
  • Strong SQL/SuiteQL skills and experience with saved searches, reporting tools, dashboards, and workflow/script maintenance.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Direct experience with Rippling, Ramp, and/or Snowflake.
  • Experience with NetSuite inventory/manufacturing modules.
  • Healthcare, pharmacy, or multi-entity/consolidated company background.
  • NetSuite Certified Administrator credential.
  • Experience with Salesforce.

Our Benefits
In addition, for salaried positions you would also be eligible for:
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision plans
  • Flexible Spending/Health Savings Accounts
  • Flexible PTO
  • 401(k) + Company Match
  • Life Insurance, Pet insurance, and more

Our Company
We have a relatively flat organizational structure here at OpenLoop. Everyone is encouraged to bring ideas to the table and make things happen. This fits in well with our core values of Autonomy, Competence and Belonging, as we want everyone to feel empowered and supported to do their best work.
Sound like a good fit? We'd love to meet you.
