About This Role We're hiring an experienced HVAC Service Technician for our Ogden, Utah operations. This is a full-time field role focused on diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial and industrial HVAC systems across a variety of building types.
Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC equipment including RTUs, split systems, boilers, chillers, and heat pumps.
  • Complete scheduled maintenance and inspections to keep systems running efficiently and extend equipment life.
  • Identify and resolve electrical and mechanical issues across a range of HVAC platforms.
  • Replace or repair components such as motors, compressors, fans, and thermostats.
  • Read and work from wiring diagrams, schematics, and manufacturer documentation.
  • Keep clients and team members informed on service findings and recommended next steps.
  • Maintain thorough service records covering work completed, parts used, and system conditions.
  • Perform all work in compliance with safety standards, applicable codes, and company policy.

What You'll Bring:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC technical training or certification preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience in a commercial HVAC service role.
  • Hands-on experience with RTUs, VRV/VRF, VAV, split systems, chillers, boilers, and AHUs.
  • Solid understanding of HVAC systems, electrical circuits, and mechanical components.
  • EPA 608 Universal Certification required.
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical documentation.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving ability.
  • Effective communicator with solid customer service instincts.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • NATE certification or equivalent.
  • Experience with digital service tools or mobile work order platforms.
