These roles often focus on tasks that can be performed offsite, such as system design, technical support, project management, sales, scheduling, or remote diagnostics and monitoring. While some HVAC tasks, like installation and maintenance, require on-site work, advances in technology have made it possible for many administrative and technical support roles to be done remotely. This setup provides flexibility for workers and can help companies access a broader pool of talent.
