Position Overview
We are expanding our virtual team and seeking dependable, personable individuals who enjoy assisting customers and creating positive experiences. As a Remote Customer Experience Specialist, you will serve as a point of support for clients as they explore, organize, and prepare for upcoming travel.
Your day-to-day work will focus on understanding client needs, researching appropriate options, answering questions, organizing important details, and keeping travelers informed throughout the process. Clients may be planning resort vacations, cruises, family trips, celebrations, group experiences, or international getaways.
This opportunity welcomes individuals from a variety of professional and educational backgrounds. Previous travel experience is not required, and training is provided to help you learn the systems, processes, and resources used in the role.
Key Responsibilities

  • Develop positive relationships with clients through responsive and professional service
  • Gather information about travel dates, preferences, priorities, and budgets
  • Research accommodations, destinations, cruises, transportation, activities, and other vacation services
  • Help clients review available choices and select options that meet their needs
  • Coordinate selected travel components using approved reservation resources
  • Answer routine questions and provide clear information throughout the planning process
  • Follow up with clients regarding confirmations, deadlines, updates, and outstanding details
  • Communicate through phone, email, messaging, and virtual communication platforms
  • Work with travel partners when additional information or reservation assistance is needed
  • Check booking information and client documentation for accuracy
  • Maintain detailed and organized electronic client records
  • Stay familiar with supplier updates, destination information, and available travel opportunities
  • Provide continued customer support throughout the client experience
Preferred Qualifications

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and reside in the U.S., U.K., or another qualifying region.
