Job description

Remote Travel Advisor
Leisure Life Travel is looking for a motivated, people-first Remote Travel Advisor to help clients plan and book cruises, resorts, vacation packages, and tours - from home, on your own schedule. No travel industry background required: we provide the training, tools, and mentorship to help you build a real client-facing business. If you love helping people and want to learn a new industry with support behind you, we'd like to hear from you.
What you get
  • Free training with major cruise lines, resorts, and tour operators - no cost to you
  • Marketing materials and full vendor portal access to research, quote, and book trips
  • The ability to earn recognized travel industry certifications
  • Opportunities to travel and experience destinations firsthand, often at reduced or no cost
  • One-on-one mentorship as you build your client base

What you'll do
  • Help clients choose and book cruises, resorts, vacation packages, hotels, and tours
  • Communicate pricing, deadlines, documentation, and itinerary details clearly
  • Build an ongoing client base through follow-up, referrals, and repeat business
  • Use social media (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok) to build visibility - training provided
  • Stay current on suppliers, destinations, and promotions through ongoing training

How you're paid
This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity - you're building your own travel business, not working a W-2 job. Compensation is commission-based, tied to completed bookings, and grows with your consistency and client base. We provide the training and tools; how far you take it is up to you. Plan to invest around 15 hours a week to start.
Who this is for
  • Comfortable talking with people by phone, text, email, and social media
  • Organized, coachable, and willing to learn new systems
  • No previous travel or sales experience required - training is provided
  • Self-motivated enough to work independently toward your own goals

Ready to get started? Apply below - we respond quickly, and qualified candidates are invited to a short call this week to learn more.
