Candidates must live within 60 miles of 295 Bendix Rd, Suite 250, Virginia Beach, VA 23452.

This is a 24/7 customer support operation, providing assistance whenever customers need it. The team values work-life balance and aims to match employees with schedules that fit their lives while supporting business needs.

Schedule Expectations
  • Scheduled breaks and meal periods should be taken as assigned.
  • Most shifts offer flexibility, with start and end times that may vary within a one-hour window.
  • Availability should allow for a 9.5-hour workday to accommodate schedule flexibility.
  • Expect to handle customer calls throughout most of your shift, with periods of continuous call handling that can last up to four hours before your next break.

Pay and Benefits
