The company has a large Transportation team , so this position requires experience working with commercial insurance programs for trucking accounts. Duties & Responsibilities Work closely with producers and marketers to manage monitor insurance programs, strategize about renewals, monitor claims statuses, and handle escalated customer service issues Liaise with external partners like underwriters and brokers as well as the client to discuss policy and coverage specifications, renewal timelines, and more Skills & Experience At least three (3) years of property and casualty insurance experience Prior experience with fleet transportation insurance programs is required Active state insurance license Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel and PowerPoint Job Specs Remote, work-from-home option for qualified candidates within Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Tennessee, and South Carolina.
