Turn Market Signals Into Smarter Supply Chain Decisions
Are you energized by uncovering the story behind the data? We're seeking a Demand Planner who can turn customer trends, sales insights, historical performance, and statistical models into accurate, actionable forecasts. In this role, you'll connect commercial opportunities with supply chain execution-helping the business anticipate demand, manage risk, and make stronger decisions.
This role is ideal for a supply chain professional who enjoys analyzing complex information, collaborating across teams, and improving how forecasts are built and used.
Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain an unconstrained demand forecast aligned with Sales, Finance, Operations, and other partners.
  • Consolidate demand opportunities, risks, assumptions, and business impacts.
  • Create, maintain, and enhance statistical forecasting models.
  • Validate historical data, model assumptions, and statistical exceptions to improve forecast accuracy.
  • Monitor actual demand vs. forecast, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Own demand planning performance for an assigned product portfolio.
  • Partner with Sales to understand customer behavior, market trends, promotions, and demand drivers.
  • Translate commercial conversations into measurable forecast assumptions and recommendations.
  • Present demand insights, risks, and opportunities during S&OP meetings.
  • Implement initiatives to close performance gaps and improve forecast quality.
  • Share demand planning best practices across the organization.
  • Support a safe, accountable, and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, sales analysis, supply chain analytics, or statistical modeling.
  • Experience in flexible packaging, manufacturing, or related industries strongly preferred.
  • Strong mathematical, analytical, and statistical forecasting skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities.
  • Experience developing or maintaining statistical forecast models.
  • Understanding of demand drivers, segmentation, and forecasting methodologies.
  • Ability to evaluate how forecast decisions affect Sales, Operations, Supply Planning, and Finance.
  • Strong communication and meeting facilitation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong judgment, curiosity, accountability, and problem-solving skills.

You May Be a Great Fit If You...
  • Enjoy finding patterns and opportunities within complex data.
  • Can challenge assumptions while maintaining strong cross-functional relationships.
  • Understand that effective forecasting requires both analytics and business insight.
  • Are comfortable presenting findings and recommendations to diverse audiences.
  • Take ownership of your work and follow through on commitments.
  • Continuously look for ways to improve processes, models, and outcomes.

Work Environment
This is a remote role within a professional office environment, requiring extended periods of computer-based work. Occasional visits to manufacturing locations may require PPE and limited exposure to noise, heat, humidity, airborne dust, moving equipment, or non-toxic odors. The role may involve lifting up to 10 pounds and travel up to 10%.
Reasonable accommodations may be provided to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
Make an Impact
Your forecast will guide inventory decisions, production planning, customer commitments, and financial performance. If you're ready to bring analytical discipline, supply chain knowledge, and cross-functional influence to a growing organization, we encourage you to apply.
