Software Transition Analyst
Job Overview:
The Transition Analyst works with customers and internal teams to support the successful transition of Warehouse Execution Systems from project delivery into steady-state support. This role helps provide focused transition support by researching issues, coordinating readiness activities, and assisting with system stabilization through system acceptance. It is a strong opportunity for someone looking to build technical, customer-facing, and cross-functional experience while helping ensure each system is prepared for long-term support success.Job Functions:
  • Manage assigned software transitions from initial engagement through handoff to support with guidance from experienced team members and leads
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders during the transition period
  • Coordinate transition activities across project, engineering, development, and support teams
  • Support system stabilization, testing, validation, and issue tracking activities leading up to and through system acceptance
  • Identify and communicate risks, issues, and readiness gaps that could impact transition success or long-term supportability
  • Collaborate with project teams to understand system design, workflows, configurations, and customizations
  • Assist with troubleshooting software and system issues during transition and stabilization phases
  • Support coordination of software changes into test and production environments
  • Develop and maintain transition documentation required for long-term system support
  • Help prepare support teams for successful system handoff and steady-state ownership

Travel Requirements:
  • 50% overnight travel (Travel expenses paid by Toyota Automated Logistics)

Required Qualifications and Preferred Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 0-2 years; experience in software implementation, support, or technical project roles preferred
  • Experience working with customer-facing software systems
  • Familiarity with software troubleshooting and system support concepts
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Must be eligible to work in the USA long term without sponsorship.
