Overview
**This position is contingent upon award of contract**
SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking a Project Manager (PM) to support a US Government Client. The PM will lead a team of 25-50 individuals to execute Client-driven workflows.
Essential Job Duties
  • Manages and retains full responsibility for the performance of assigned work including cost, schedule, performance, and quality.
  • Functions as the customer's primary point of contact for all activities, including receiving taskings, delegating to the team, and ensuring timely and quality response.
  • Translate and convey Client substantive priorities and mission for the team.
  • Manages a team of linguists/translators, ensuring quality research and translations.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
  • Active in scope TS/SCI Clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 10 years of relevant experience, including managing linguists/translators, OSINT, and machine translation tools.
  • 5 years of experience with projects of similar size and scope.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Excel, and Word.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to engage collaboratively and effectively in a virtual environment within a diverse team.
  • Strong time and task management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting the Intelligence Community (IC).
  • Experience with machine translation tools and workflows.
