As we continue expanding nationwide, we are looking for leaders who are passionate about sales, mentorship, and career growth.

What You’ll Do:

Lead, mentor, and motivate a remote team of sales representatives Work with warm leads from union members requesting information about their benefits Conduct virtual client meetings via Zoom to present insurance options Support your team in closing sales and delivering excellent client service Track performance metrics and help drive team success Assist with applications and underwriting requirements
