About the Role

GHD is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Content Library Developer to join our Winning Work team and lead content curation, structured documentation, and knowledge asset management. This role is vital in maintaining and expanding our internal content library, which supports proposal teams across the Americas and the Enterprise with verified, high-quality, technically accurate responses to RFPs.

You'll manage the boilerplate Q&A repository, coordinate with subject matter experts, and develop clear, consistent documentation for project and CV content using tools like Salesforce, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and SharePoint. If you're passionate about technical writing, content quality, knowledge management, and enabling teams with smart tools, we'd love to hear from you.

This position is open to any office in the United States and Canada.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and update the Americas boilerplate Q\&A library to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Coordinate content reviews with enterprise leads and subject matter experts.
  • Write, edit, and standardize proposal content for clarity, consistency, and technical accuracy.

  • Develop, maintain, and update project description repository. 

  • Develop technical documentation, training materials, and user guides to support Content Library, Projects, and People.

  • Collaborate with global Winning Work and IS teams to improve Content availability and functionality.

  • Implement content governance, editorial standards, and quality control processes for technical and proposal content.

  • Explore automation opportunities to streamline manual content tasks.

  • Through our user support system assist staff to resolve content-related and access issues, ensuring smooth platform usage.

Considerations

Flexible hours required as team members sit in multiple GHD Ecoregions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Writing, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1-3+ years of experience in content management, knowledge management, or proposal development.
  • Strong technical writing, editing, and document structuring skills with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Experience writing and maintaining structured content, procedural documentation, or proposal/RFP responses.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, especially SharePoint and Word, for managing and publishing documentation.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in engineering, architecture, or consulting firms.
  • Hands-on use of AI tools like Microsoft 365 Copilot.
  • Familiarity with content management systems and documentation best practices.

  • Experience with CRM tool(s).

  • Ability to analyze content usage data and suggest improvements.
