Compensation:$50,000+ at plan commission based on performance
Responsibilities:- Meet with individuals and families to discuss their financial goals and protection needs
- Educate clients on life insurance and financial protection options
- Present solutions clearly and professionally while helping clients make informed decisions
- Assist clients with applications and guide them through the underwriting process
- Provide excellent customer service and ongoing support to policyholders
- Help clients and their families navigate the claims process when needed
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-up
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, social media, community outreach, and prospecting
- Schedule and conduct appointments with prospective clients
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure all required documentation remains up to date
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities
- Obtain and maintain a Life Insurance License (or be willing to become licensed)
Qualifications:- Customer service or experience as a sales representative are highly valued
- Active Life Insurance License preferred, but not required
- Willingness to obtain a Life Insurance License if not currently licensed
- Strong communication and people skills
- Customer service, sales, or relationship-building experience is a plus
- Ability to explain concepts clearly and build trust with clients
- Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
- Comfortable using Zoom, email, and online tools
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Authorized to work and reside in the United States
- DFW-area candidates preferred; remote opportunities are available for qualified applicants nationwide
