Job description

Sales & Solution Account Manager Training Program

Purvis Industries is looking for qualified Account Manager Trainee candidates to join our Sales & Service Management Trainee Program (SSMTP). The program starts in late May and is held in our Ft. Worth, TX, training center, lasting six months. There you will gain hands-on training covering a multitude of product disciplines including bearings, motors, power transmission, conveyor belting, hydraulics, pneumatics, and variable frequency drives to name a few. Trainees will also learn effective sales approaches, time and territory management, cold calling skills, how to deliver professional presentations, develop sales plans, and effectively communicate the Purvis value proposition.

Qualified candidates should have a minimum of an associate degree in a mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic field of study or at least 5 years of experience working in a Maintenance department.
