  • Collaborate with Business Development and leadership to align marketing strategy with active pursuits and pipeline goals.
  • Translate technical content into clear, compelling, and client-focused messaging.
  • Oversee and support Marketing Coordinators, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
  • Develop and maintain marketing materials including project sheets, resumes, templates, and proposal content libraries.
  • Manage firm-wide marketing initiatives including website updates, social media presence, and branding efforts.
  • Coordinate trade shows, industry events, registrations, and marketing logistics.
  • Maintain CRM and proposal data, including tracking opportunities and marketing metrics.

  • Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and overall presentation quality across all deliverables.
  • Identify process improvements and implement best practices to enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Requirements:

  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of marketing experience within the A/E/C industry.
  • Proven experience managing proposals, RFQs/RFPs, and interview presentations.
  • Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with technical teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Adobe InDesign preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing tools is preferred.
  • Understanding of public sector procurement processes (RFQs, RFPs, SF330s) is preferred.
  • Experience mentoring or managing junior staff is a plus.
  • Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Pre-employment drug test and background check required.

What We Offer:
We provide a collaborative and fast-paced environment where marketing professionals play a key role in driving business growth and shaping the firm’s brand.
