Job Title: Marketing Specialist Location: Lakewood, NJ Type: Contract Compensation: $35.00/hr. Work Model: Onsite (This position is working onsite 5 days a week. No remote work) Hours: 40 hours a week Marketing Specialist Job Responsibilities:

  • Own the organization and maintenance of the company's Marketing SharePoint, including folder structure, version control, approved assets, templates, logos, product images, presentations, archived materials, and internal resource libraries.
  • Maintain product content inputs across the portfolio, including product pages, descriptions, images, specifications, comparison materials, application notes, and sales collateral inputs.
  • Own the sales and distributor resource library, ensuring brochures, sell sheets, decks, launch packets, distributor materials, and approved collateral are current, organized, and easy to find.
  • Support the customer portal by organizing and maintaining customer-facing resources, including IFUs, manuals, technical specifications, product documentation, training resources, FAQs, and approved files.
  • Coordinate product launch support by gathering products inputs, tracking approvals, organizing assets, preparing resource links, and ensuring updates are completed across the right systems.
  • Own trade show and event logistics, including booth materials, literature, shipping, inventory, checklists, sample coordination, and post-event follow-up organization.
  • Support the company's campaign and social media work by providing approved images, product facts, technical inputs, resource links, and source materials.
  • Help reduce duplication and outdated materials by keeping internal and customer-facing resources organized, current, and governed through a clear source-of-truth process.

Marketing Specialist Job Requirements:

  • 3-5 years experience in marketing support, product marketing, sales enablement, content coordination, or a related function.

  • ????????????????????????????Strong organizational and project coordination skills.

  • ??????????????Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate, approved content.

  • ???????Experience managing digital assets, documentation, resource libraries, or shared content systems.???????

  • ??????Ability to track approvals, manage deadlines, and coordinate across multiple stakeholders

  • ???????Strong written communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, sales, and customer-facing groups.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with SharePoint or similar document management systems.

  • ??????????????Experience supporting sales collateral, product launches, customer portals, or distributor resources.
