About the Job
The Senior Account Executive is responsible for selling TruckLabs IoT technology solutions to trucking and transportation companies. This individual will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities within the trucking industry, as well as managing and expanding relationships with existing clients. The Senior Account Executive will work closely with the sales, marketing, success, and support teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, and will be expected to achieve or exceed sales quotas on a quarterly and annual basis.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and execute a sales plan to identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within the trucking industry
  • Manage and expand relationships with existing clients to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team and support staff to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Achieve or exceed sales quotas on a quarterly and annual basis
  • Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand the needs of potential clients and tailor solutions to fit their needs
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings in order to effectively position our solutions in the market
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations to potential clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals
Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience selling enterprise technology solutions, preferably within the trucking or supply chain industry
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Ability to understand complex technical solutions and effectively communicate their value to potential clients
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
