Position Overview

Thrive Wellbeing Therapy Centre, located in vibrant Nashville, Tennessee, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team on a full-time remote basis. In this pivotal role, you will provide critical mental health services to clients within school settings, specifically targeting those who are often underserved and face significant barriers to accessing comprehensive mental healthcare. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that are culturally sensitive and tailored to each client's unique background, needs, and goals.
  • Provide direct therapeutic services including individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based modalities appropriate for the clientโ€™s age and presenting issues.
  • Create and implement integrated care plans that incorporate referrals to other services as needed, ensuring a seamless connection between various providers and support systems.
  • Participate in team meetings and case conferences to collaborate with interdisciplinary professionals to advocate for client needs and optimize care strategies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client progress, treatment interventions, and outcomes to meet compliance and facilitate continuous care.
  • Engage in regular crisis intervention when necessary, employing de-escalation techniques and providing immediate support to clients in acute distress.
  • Monitor client caseloads to ensure interventions are effective and aligned with the clientsโ€™ evolving needs, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The LCSW will work with diverse populations, primarily within school environments, addressing clients who present with a range of mental health challenges including major mood disorders, anxiety, trauma-related difficulties, and other emotional disturbances. A commitment to cultural competency and the ability to create a trusting space for clients from various backgrounds is essential for fostering positive therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications
  • A Bachelorโ€™s degree in Social Work is required. A Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work (MSW) is preferred.
  • Possession of a valid license to practice in clinical social work (LCSW) in the state of Tennessee is essential.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a clinical or community setting, preferably working with underserved populations or in a school environment.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic frameworks and ability to apply them effectively in varied situations.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working in remote settings and utilizing telehealth platforms.
  • Familiarity with integrated care models and coordination with multi-disciplinary teams.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 โ€“ 85,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
