As a remote position, you will have the autonomy to manage your scheduling and work environment while remaining connected with your colleagues and clients through virtual platforms. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial intake assessments to understand your clientsโ€™ history, needs, and personal goals. Utilize evidence-based assessment tools to develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide both one-on-one and group therapy sessions using a variety of modalities tailored to address conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues.
  • Collaborate closely with a multi-disciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive care for patients, integrating psychiatric, medical, and therapeutic perspectives to enhance overall treatment outcomes.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, seminars, and training opportunities that contribute to your practice and adhere to the latest industry standards.
  • Incorporate client feedback and evidence from therapy practices to continuously improve service delivery and contribute to program enhancement initiatives.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele includes individuals from various backgrounds facing a spectrum of mental health challenges. You will engage with clients ranging from adolescents to adults, addressing issues that impact their emotional and psychological well-being. By employing a client-centered approach, your work will empower individuals to take charge of their mental health journeys and foster resilience.

Qualifications
  • A relevant Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited program.
  • Current active licensure in California as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT, demonstrating your eligibility to practice independently.
  • At least three (3) years of experience providing mental health care, with a proven track record of supporting individuals through emotional and psychological challenges.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills that allow you to build rapport and trust quickly with clients.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is preferred, enhancing your efficiency in documenting client interactions and treatment progress.
  • Familiarity with multidisciplinary approaches and team-based care models that contribute to comprehensive client treatment.
