Freelance Product Development Associate | Fashion & Accessories

Los Angeles (Hybrid/Remote Flexible)

We're a fast-growing LA-based jewelry and accessories brand and we're looking for a freelance product development support person to grow with us.

This is a project-based role with ongoing potential. You'll be working across two brands: our core accessories label and additional apparel concept we're building from the ground up.

What you'll be working on:

  • Tech pack creation and maintenance (flat sketches, BOM, construction details, grading specs)

  • Sampling coordination and revision tracking

  • Trend research and concept direction

  • Assisting with seasonal development from concept through production-ready

  • Occasional social/creative asset support as needed

Who we're looking for:

  • Background in fashion design or product development

  • Strong tech pack skills - this is a hard requirement

  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator; CAD experience preferred

  • Comfortable working across both apparel and accessories categories

  • Self-starter who can manage their own timelines and communicate proactively

  • Tools like Canva, AI tools, etc.

Details:

  • Freelance/project-based to start

  • Hybrid or remote depending on the project phase
