  • You will handle inbound and outbound calls from internal and external customers including technicians, drivers, sales representatives, and customers requesting information or service on their supply system
  • Document and coordinate service requests from customers efficiently
  • Further, you will process emails from drivers reporting maintenance issues at customer sites
  • Troubleshoot cryogenic equipment to resolve minor problems remotely on customer systems
