Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing our mental health counselors to work from the comfort of their homes while effectively supporting clients through telehealth services. Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Concentra, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive, culturally sensitive assessments for new patients and their families to identify mental health needs and treatment objectives.
• Providing individualized and family therapy sessions, tailored to the unique requirements identified during the assessment process.
• Managing all necessary documentation, including accurate billing, treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms, ensuring compliance within specified timelines.
• Developing crisis intervention strategies, safety plans, and wellness plans aimed at supporting clients' stability and ongoing recovery.
• Creating structured discharge plans that prepare clients for a successful transition from therapy.
• Staying informed and compliant with all federal and state regulations, ensuring adherence to company policies and standard operating procedures.
• Engaging in regular training and continuing education to hone your professional skills and competencies.
• Participating in case consultation and agency meetings to foster collaboration and share insights with fellow professionals.
• Completing all licensure requirements and mandatory training to maintain your credentials.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will encompass a diverse patient population ranging from children and adolescents to adults navigating various mental health challenges. This includes anxiety disorders, depression, relationship issues, trauma-related symptoms, and more. By employing a strengths-based approach, you will empower patients and their families to develop effective coping strategies and foster resilience. As a part of our commitment to holistic care, you will also emphasize the importance of cultural competencies in treatment planning.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field.
• Active licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LCPC, LMFT, or LCSW) in the state of Nevada.

Preferred Experience

While specific experience in telehealth services is preferred, we value passion and a commitment to professional growth. Experience with evidence-based therapeutic modalities and culturally competent care will be advantageous in elevating the therapeutic experience for your clients.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, taking into account your licensure and experience. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
