Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individualized assessments and develop therapy strategies tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Offer evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy.
• Engage actively with clients through individual, group, couples, and family therapy sessions to foster healing and personal growth.
• Collaborate efficiently with other mental health professionals and healthcare providers to ensure integrated and holistic treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation that adheres to ethical standards and legal regulations.
• Participate in ongoing professional development workshops to stay informed about the latest trends and methods in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our services are tailored to support individuals and families facing a myriad of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. You will work closely with clients from diverse background, often dealing with complex life situations, and will play a significant role in promoting their emotional resilience and overall well-being.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Nevada.
• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience is essential.
• Demonstrated knowledge of legal and ethical standards pertinent to mental health practice.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.
• Proven ability to work effectively within a healthcare team and contribute to collaborative care efforts.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software and other relevant technologies for documentation and communication.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in family therapy, couples therapy, and trauma-informed care is highly desirable.
• Specialization or certifications in specific therapeutic modalities can enhance candidacy.
• A background in working with underserved populations or in community health settings is beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits
