What You\'ll Do:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and navigating technical, financial, and logistical challenges throughout the project lifecycle
  • Direct project scope development, schedules, budgets, change orders, and resource planning while maintaining project quality and profitability
  • Manage project financial performance, including forecasting, budgeting, cash flow, revenue tracking, and Estimates at Completion (EACs)
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and technical leaders to drive project success and achieve key milestones
  • Oversee contract administration, project documentation, client communications, and project reporting from kickoff through closeout
  • Develop and implement project-specific health, safety, and quality initiatives while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior project management staff and technical team members as projects grow in scale and complexity
What You Bring:
  • High school diploma required; Associate\'s or Bachelor\'s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 9 years of fire sprinkler experience required, including at least 6 years of project management experience
  • Strong knowledge of fire protection systems, fire alarm installations, life safety requirements, and construction project delivery
  • Proficiency with design software (AutoCAD, HydraCAD, Revit, etc.) required
  • Demonstrated success managing client relationships, project financials, schedules, contracts, and project risks
  • Experience preparing change orders, project plans, work authorizations, and project closeout documentation
  • Strong understanding of NFPA code requirements, OSHA standards, and fire/life safety regulations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence project outcomes across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and management software required; knowledge of Deltek Vision preferred
  • NICET certification preferred; project management certification is a plus
  • Valid driver’s license required with the ability to travel as needed
Why You\'ll Love It Here:
  • Lead high-visibility fire protection projects that protect facilities, critical assets, and the communities they serve
  • Play a key role in shaping project strategy, guiding multidisciplinary teams, and influencing successful project outcomes
