You will work alongside a variety of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, coaches, nurses, and behavioral case managers, creating a network of support for both clients and staff.

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will be entrusted with a variety of essential responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Delivering culturally sensitive counseling services to individuals and groups, addressing both mental health and substance abuse issues.
• Providing case management to support clients in coordinating care with internal and external resources.
• Utilizing evidence-based practices to motivate clients and assist them in achieving their personal goals.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive and effective treatment plans.
• Testing and piloting innovative therapy protocols to enhance the quality of care.
• Participating in specialized training on our proprietary curriculum and collaborative care model.
• Conducting psychological assessments, generating reports that include vocational recommendations appropriate to client comprehension levels.
• Completing biopsychosocial assessments to evaluate client suitability for various treatment pathways.

Your work will primarily focus on children and teens experiencing mental health challenges, offering you the chance to make a lasting difference in their lives. • A Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related fields is required.
• Possession of a valid Social Work License as per state regulations (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW).
• A clean professional history with no medical malpractice claims, verified by a third party.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Experience in outpatient settings, particularly with children and adolescents.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapies and integrated care models.
• Background in substance abuse counseling may be beneficial.
