This is a fully remote position, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your home or any location of your choice. In your role as a Mental Health Therapist, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate the psychological well-being of clients and developing tailored treatment plans based on their needs.
• Providing individual therapy sessions, maintaining a caseload that meets a minimum requirement of 15 hours per week, ensuring each client receives personalized attention.
• Employing therapeutic techniques and evidence-based practices to assist clients dealing with various behavioral health issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship challenges.
• Monitoring client progress and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness to each client’s evolving needs.
• Collaborating actively with fellow healthcare professionals, sharing insights and strategies to ensure a holistic approach to patient care, and participating in regular team meetings to discuss client outcomes.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including adults from various backgrounds, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns. Our clients often seek support for managing stress, developing coping strategies, and improving their overall quality of life. Your sensitivity to their unique circumstances and needs will be critical in helping them navigate their mental health journeys.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field, along with necessary licensure in Washington state as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• A proven track record of providing effective mental health care, demonstrated through at least 2 years of professional experience in a clinical setting.
• Strong proficiency in conducting individual therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities tailored to clients' specific needs.
• A comprehensive understanding and experience with telehealth platforms to facilitate effective remote counseling sessions.

Candidates with the following additional experience are encouraged to apply:

• Experience in specialized areas such as trauma-informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), or mindfulness-based interventions.
• Familiarity with community mental health resources and a robust network to facilitate client referrals and support.

We offer a competitive salary range between USD 100,000 and USD 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
