As a remote Mental Health Counselor, you will operate from the comfort of your own space while utilizing secure virtual platforms to connect with clients. • Conduct thorough client assessments using evidence-based evaluation methods to identify mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual circumstances.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of therapy sessions, including client progress notes and treatment updates, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and internal protocols.

Our client base encompasses individuals across various age groups and backgrounds, each facing unique mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Counselors will engage with clients in a supportive and empathetic manner, utilizing techniques that resonate with each individual to foster trust and a therapeutic alliance. • A current and valid license as an LMFT, LICSW, LMHC, or PsyD.
• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and forge meaningful connections with clients while conducting therapy remotely.
• Exemplary communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information and support clients through their journey.
• Essential organizational and time-management skills to efficiently handle multiple clients and manage documentation.

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in teletherapy or a strong foundation in evidence-based practices will find it advantageous. Familiarity with virtual therapy tools and platforms, as well as a track record of working with diverse and complex client needs, is highly desirable.
