Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized tools and personal interviews to inform personalized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapy services through secure virtual platforms, adapting techniques to meet the individual needs and circumstances of each client.
• Collaborate with clients to set realistic therapeutic goals, offering ongoing support to navigate the challenges they face throughout their treatment journey.
• Employ a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices, tailored to clients' preferences and treatment goals.
• Maintain precise documentation of therapy sessions, client progress, and any relevant developments in accordance with organizational policies and legal regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse client population, including individuals grappling with anxiety disorders, depression, relationship issues, and trauma-related challenges. Your ability to establish a trusting therapeutic relationship remotely is essential for client engagement and successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or equivalent professional credential.
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of establishing rapport and creating a therapeutic alliance with clients via virtual means.
• Empathetic, compassionate, and culturally competent, demonstrating a thorough understanding of the varied experiences and challenges faced by clients.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to effectively manage multiple clients and maintain accurate records.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, experience in providing remote therapy, familiarity with telehealth platforms, and a background in evidence-based therapeutic techniques will be advantageous. Candidates who have previously worked with diverse populations and those with clinical experience in specific areas like trauma or addiction are particularly encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Benefits
