Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health needs, facilitating the development of personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver engaging and impactful therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic practices through virtual platforms, catering to clients' unique situations and preferences.
• Collaborate closely with clients to set therapeutic goals, offering consistent support and adapting strategies as needed throughout their treatment journey.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to individual client needs, ensuring effective engagement and progress.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation of therapy sessions and client progress, adhering to best practices in confidentiality and client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse range of clients from various backgrounds, addressing concerns that include anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and more. Our client-focused approach emphasizes understanding each individual’s unique experiences and needs, allowing you to build meaningful therapeutic relationships that promote healing and personal growth.

Qualifications

• Possession of a current and valid license (LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, LCSW-R, or PsyD) is required.
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is essential.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective rapport-building and therapy engagement with clients remotely.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and an understanding attitude towards clients’ challenges and experiences.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, essential for managing therapy sessions and documentation efficiently in a remote context.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in telehealth therapy and familiarization with teletherapy platforms may find themselves better equipped for immediate success in this position. Previous work in diverse clinical settings can add value to our multifaceted approach to client care.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
