Are you passionate about helping others and solving technical problems? We're looking for motivated, customer-focused professionals to join our team as Customer Support Representatives. In this role, you'll assist customers with internet service questions, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and provide exceptional customer service while creating a positive experience on every interaction.

This is a remote position for those that reside in = AL, GA, ID, IA, IN, KS, LA, MI, MS, NV, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TX, TN, UT, VA, WV, WI, WY

Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound customer calls regarding internet services
  • Troubleshoot internet connectivity service issues
  • Assist customers with starting, transferring, moving, or disconnecting services
  • Schedule technician appointments when necessary
  • Process billing inquiries and collect payments securely
  • Research customer accounts to identify the correct services and provide accurate resolutions
  • Document every customer interaction in the appropriate systems
  • Update customer account information as needed
  • Navigate multiple systems while speaking with customers
  • Deliver professional, friendly, and efficient customer service on every call
Qualifications
  • 1 year previous call center/technical or troubleshooting experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Solid computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple applications and browser tabs simultaneously
  • Good troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • The ability to remain calm and professional during challenging customer interactions
  • A willingness to learn new systems and technology
  • The ability to work independently in a remote environment while contributing to team success
$15 - $15 an hour
  • Starting pay - $15/hr plus shift differential(extra $1/hr nights & wkds)

    Working hours between - 7:00am-7:30pm (CST) ; Work Days - M-F and rotational weekends

    Paid Training - typically 2 weeks in length from 8:00am-5:00pm Mon-Fri (CST)

    Status - Full Time 40 hours, Benefit eligible 1st of month after 60 days
