What You'll Do

Recruiting

  • Source, recruit, and interview candidates for a variety of industries and positions.
  • We have a TON of tools & resources to help during every step of the proven process.
  • Build relationships with top talent and maintain an active candidate pipeline.
  • Present qualified candidates to clients and manage the interview process.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through placement.

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and develop new client relationships.
  • Conduct outreach through phone, email, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.

  • Generate job orders and staffing opportunities.
  • Build long-term partnerships with hiring managers and executives.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Experience working remotely and successfully managing your own schedule.
