You will join a dedicated therapist support team that is available seven days a week, ensuring you have all the resources you need to provide exceptional care to your clients.

• Provide individualized counseling services to clients via secure telehealth platforms.
• Manage a caseload by conducting therapy sessions, documenting progress, and formulating treatment plans in collaboration with clients.
• Utilize our platform's advanced online tools to enhance client engagement and therapeutic outcomes.
• Coordinate with billing staff to ensure efficient handling of session-related paperwork and client inquiries.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
• Participate actively in scheduled meetings and training sessions for continued professional development.
• Address and respond to client needs effectively, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities.

Your role will focus on a diverse range of clients, including those from various cultural, socioeconomic, and educational backgrounds. You will work with individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. • Master's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification in the state of Missouri.

• Demonstrated ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all aspects of counseling.
• Strong organizational skills to manage your own caseload effectively.
• A dedicated and private workspace to conduct counseling sessions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in a telehealth or remote counseling environment.
• Background in treating diverse populations and a spectrum of mental health issues.
• Multiple state certifications or a dual license is considered a significant advantage.

The competitive salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually. Full-time counselors will have the opportunity to qualify for a healthcare stipend after meeting specific requirements. Newly approved counselors will also receive a sign-on bonus upon acceptance of their first client. Additionally, we offer flexible part-time options, which can be discussed with our recruiter.
