Key Responsibilities
• Backlog Support & Initiative Management
• Manage a backlog of ~30 high-impact initiatives, focusing on discovery, problem framing,
• and gathering cross-functional insights to ensure projects are ready for steering committee prioritization.
• Roadmap & Project Updates
• Collaborate with tech teams to help maintain an up-to-date roadmap, tracking progress and communicating key updates to stakeholders.
• Support coordination efforts across teams, making sure project information is clear and accessible and escalating any risks or blockers.
• Quarterly Reports & Internal Training
• Assist with the creation of quarterly win reports for senior leadership presentations, capturing program highlights and key outcomes.
• Enhance training and enablement materials for Internal Tools tech teams to elevate our standards in planning and delivering impactful initiatives. We'd Love to Chat if You Have:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of progressive experience in technical product management, enterprise systems (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight, Netsuite, CDP), consulting, or internal tool development.
• Familiarity with project management best practices, with demonstrated interest in backlog management and cross-functional coordination.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proven ability to lead stakeholder discussions, provide project updates, and clarify expected outcomes.
• Expertise in identifying root causes of complex technical issues and crafting precise technical requirements.
• Strong customer focus, with an ability to translate customer insights into team and project goals.
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the Fintech industry is preferred
