Job description

Position Summary

At Ripple Treasury, we empower finance and treasury teams around the world to work smarter, faster, and with greater confidence. Our cloud-based treasury and risk management platform helps organizations gain real-time access to their cash, liquidity, and risk positions, enabling better decisions and stronger financial outcomes. We believe in delivering not just software, but transformative solutions that make a measurable difference for our clients.

We are seeking a Program Manager to guide the implementation of various client solutions throughout the Americas. In this role at Ripple Treasury, you will connect detailed project activities with communication to executive collaborators. You will maintain the overall health of programs spanning multiple engagements, foster governance and responsibility, and guarantee clients achieve the full value of Ripple Treasury's platform on time and within budget.

This role requires a practitioner who can work at both the program and project levels. You will translate strategic objectives into structured delivery plans and manage cross-functional dependencies. You will also raise issues proactively when risks appear. Additionally, you will play a key role in mentoring and developing the broader PMO team.

What You Will Do
  • Own program-level delivery across a portfolio of concurrent Ripple Treasury implementations, ensuring coordinated progress across multiple solutions, teams, and client partners.
  • Serve as the senior point of contact for client program sponsors and executive collaborators, developing positive relationships and maintaining alignment on scope, timelines, and business outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain coordinated program plans, resource allocations, RAID logs, and program-level reporting in accordance with Ripple Treasury's delivery standards.
  • Identify and manage cross-project dependencies, risks, and customer concerns; drive issue resolution across internal and external teams with urgency and ownership.
  • Facilitate executive-level status updates, steering committee meetings, and post-implementation reviews with clients and internal leadership.
  • Partner with Project Managers on individual engagements, providing mentorship, quality oversight, and support for blocking issues as needed.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Consulting, Sales, and Customer Success to align delivery execution with client objectives and company priorities.
  • Champion program governance guidelines, change management, and continuous improvement across the delivery lifecycle.
  • Contribute to PMO capability-building, including playbook development, methodology refinement, and team mentoring, as the practice scales.
Who We Are Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management, with at least 2 years managing enterprise-level SaaS, enterprise software, or professional services implementations.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-solution programs simultaneously, often with remote resources, global teams, and partner-led delivery components.
  • Strong collaborator management skills, with the ability to navigate and influence at all organizational levels, from project teams to C-suite sponsors.
  • Experience working across internal delivery teams and third-party partners, including Systems Integrators (SIs) or global consulting firms.
  • Solid understanding of treasury, cash management, or financial risk management processes; experience with Ripple Treasury (GTreasury), Kyriba, ION, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, bring up, and drive resolution of program risks and issues in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
  • Outstanding written and spoken expression abilities, with the capacity to simplify complex delivery updates into clear executive summaries.
  • Ability to mentor and develop junior PMs and consultants while managing your own program delivery load.
