As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work in a flexible telehealth setting that promotes both independence and teamwork. • Deliver high-quality psychodynamic therapy to clients, applying evidence-based practices to address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and relationship challenges.
• Quickly develop rapport and trust with clients to create a safe therapeutic environment.
• Utilize cultural competency and diversity awareness in your counseling approach, adapting techniques to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Engage in interactive counseling methods that encourage client participation and self-exploration.
• Guide clients who seek deeper self-awareness and connection to their inner happiness, using mindfulness and spiritual techniques as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development initiatives provided by the organization.

In this role, you will work primarily with adults facing various mental health challenges, including stress, life transitions, existential crises, and relationship issues. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, offering you the opportunity to expand your cultural competency and practice inclusivity in your therapeutic approach. You will be instrumental in assisting clients to navigate their unique journeys toward healing and personal growth.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
• Active and valid State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is essential for this role.
• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience in a similar telehealth or outpatient environment.
• Proficiency in applying depth-oriented, culturally-sensitive methodologies, including mindfulness techniques, within therapeutic practice.

• Experience in conducting remote therapy sessions and familiarity with telehealth platforms is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability in collaborating within a multidisciplinary team while also working effectively independently.
• Past experience executing treatment plans tailored to client motivations and cultural backgrounds will be beneficial.
