• Perform comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental and emotional health to understand their unique needs.
• Evaluate clients’ goals and challenges, leading to the development of tailored treatment plans that address their specific situations.
• Lead individual therapy sessions encompassing a wide range of mental health concerns, from anxiety and depression to trauma and relationship issues.
• Facilitate couples therapy sessions aimed at enhancing communication, resolving disputes, and building stronger relationships.
• Regularly review and modify treatment plans as clients progress, ensuring relevance and effectiveness through ongoing assessment.
• Document all client interactions meticulously, maintaining accurate progress notes, treatment plans, and historical records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to offer comprehensive care, fostering open communication with clients, families, and other healthcare providers.
• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, equipping clients with coping strategies during acute mental health episodes.
• Engage in continuous education to stay updated on the latest therapeutic techniques and trends in the field.
• Uphold the highest ethical standards of practice, safeguarding client confidentiality and compliance with legal guidelines.
• Advocate for clients, empowering them to make informed decisions about their treatment pathways.
• Encourage and model self-care practices, ensuring both client and therapist well-being.
• Demonstrate proficiency in conducting therapy sessions using remote technology platforms in a secure and confidential manner.

• Possession of an active and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
• A minimum of one year of experience providing individual or couples therapy.
• Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic practices and an adeptness at utilizing virtual platforms for therapy delivery.
• Proven ability to create trust and rapport with clients to foster a safe therapeutic relationship.

• Experience working in a remote healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of and familiarity with community resources available for mental health clients.
