As a Licensed Master Social Worker at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will:

• Conduct detailed clinical assessments via telehealth, developing tailored treatment plans based on best practices and evidence-based interventions.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques—including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT)—within digital platforms to meet the diverse needs of clients.
• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date clinical documentation using secure Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, ensuring adherence to all legal and professional standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals, engaging in regular virtual consultations and case reviews to enhance treatment outcomes.
• Deliver psychoeducation to clients and their families, providing resources and guidance for understanding mental health conditions and treatment pathways.

In this remote role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and their families, who face a range of mental health challenges.
