School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF)
Location: Albany, OR
Model: Full-time | On-Site
School Year: 2026โ€“2027

Therapy Solutions Collective (TSCO) is looking for licensed SLP-Clinical Fellow to join our team for the 2026โ€“2027 school year. We partner with school districts across the country, providing school-based opportunities for SLP-Clinical Fellow in a variety of settings. Whether you're looking for a full-time, part-time, on-site, hybrid, or remote role, we have options that will fit your needs!

From our leadership team to the clinicians, we work together to support each other, make an impact, and create a work environment that fosters collaboration and success.

What You'll Be Doing*:

  • Provide speech and language services to students under the supervision of a licensed and ASHA-certified SLP (CCC-SLP) as part of your Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
  • Support the development of students' communication skills in areas such as articulation, fluency, voice, receptive/expressive language, and pragmatic language.
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to implement IEP goals and therapy strategies across school environments.
  • Conduct assessments, collect data, and assist in the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with your supervisor.
  • Deliver individual and group therapy sessions aligned with student IEP goals and district guidelines.
  • Receive structured mentoring and feedback from your CF supervisor to support your growth and development throughout your fellowship.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and team consultations as appropriate under supervision.
  • Document student progress and maintain compliance with district and state documentation requirements.
  • Stay informed of best practices and evidence-based strategies in school-based speech-language therapy.
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and student-centered school team culture.

What We're Looking For:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Eligibility for a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and supervision by a licensed CCC-SLP.
  • Active or pending state SLP license in both the state of residence and the state where services will be provided (if different).
  • Commitment to completing all Clinical Fellowship requirements as outlined by ASHA.
  • Passion for working with children and supporting their communication and educational success.
  • Ability to accept feedback and engage in reflective practice.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
