Classroom-Centered Preparation:Our teacher preparation is radically simple: focused practice on key skills, knowledge, and mindsets to get new teachers off to a strong start. Where traditional teacher preparation leaves little time for hands-on skill-building, our innovative support is centered around actual teaching experience and focused practice on core skills, such as reflecting on students' values, experiences, and ambitions to create opportunities for students to see themselves in challenging content that will prepare them for success.

Flexible Teaching Locations: With programs throughout the U.S., Teaching Fellows can choose to teach and live in a city that fits their interests. Though our programs share a common mission, they are as unique as the communities they serve.
