Familiarity with tax software (such as Thomson Reuters, Wolters Kluwer, or SAP), data analytics tools, and relevant certifications like CPA or Enrolled Agent are typically required. Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and clear communication are essential soft skills for interpreting complex regulations and collaborating virtually.
