• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that address pre-crisis and crisis management.
• Complete necessary documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring timely submission.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as required, collaborating with clinical teams to implement positive behavior support plans.
• Participate actively in licensing and accreditation processes to maintain the high standards of our services.
• Serve as an essential liaison between clients and relevant community stakeholders, including state agencies and partner organizations.
• Facilitate open communication within the organization, promoting the mission of the clinic in community outreach and educational endeavors.
• Develop strategic relationships with local, state, and federal agencies to enhance program awareness and secure new partnerships.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending conferences, workshops, and task force meetings relevant to mental health.
• Advocate for and embody the organization’s mission, values, and principles in all professional interactions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director that align with organizational goals.

You will work with a diverse client population, including individuals managing emotional disorders, those in recovery from substance dependence, and persons with developmental challenges. The emphasis will be on tailoring your therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring they feel understood and supported throughout their healing journey.

• A Master’s Degree in the mental health field is essential.
• An independent LMHC license is required to practice in Maryland.

• Experience working in telehealth or remote counseling environments is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and clinical documentation standards.
• Background in crisis management and developing individualized treatment plans.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000, reflecting experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer:
