Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Location: Fully Remote (Must reside in Arizona)
Compensation: $90,000 - $100,000 annually (based on experience)

Qualifications
  • Active and current BCBA certification required

  • Must reside in Arizona

  • Strong clinical, analytical, and supervisory skills

  • Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) preferred

  • Proficiency with data collection and analysis systems (e.g., CentralReach) preferred

Position Overview

This position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in a fully remote setting. The BCBA will oversee treatment planning, supervise clinical staff, and ensure effective implementation of individualized programs designed to support children and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and therapists in the implementation of treatment plans
