The Business Systems Analyst II drives business productivity, efficiency and operations through innovation and project execution. Evaluates business processes, anticipates requirements, uncovers areas for improvement and works with cross-functional teams / process owners to develop and implement solutions. Leads and/or supports ongoing reviews of business systems and processes and development of optimization strategies. Performs requirements analysis and facilitates or conducts meetings to share ideas, findings and recommendations

What you will do to contribute to the company's success
  • Provides Business Systems Analysis support within a defined business or process area.
  • Works with supported stakeholders to understand high-level business objectives, processes, priorities and challenges.
  • Performs and/or contributes to team efforts to perform:
    • Process-specific requirements analysis through interviews, document and artifact analysis, development of business process descriptions and task and workflow analysis,
    • Detailed process documentation, including system requirements and process flows / use cases.
    • Business case development for proposed system enhancements and/or new process development.
    • Planning initiatives, feasibility studies, cost / benefit analyses and new system design.
  • Collaborates with internal and external users / clients to elicit business concerns and develop workable solutions.
  • Helps with process enhancement feasibility studies and the development of data-supported justification documentation.
  • Helps determine impact on existing systems and processes.
  • Maintains a strong and collaborative relationship with business and IT colleagues.
  • Supports the business in developing and delivering end user training.
  • Addresses end user process questions and collaborates with IT colleagues to provide process / system support and ongoing issue analysis / correction.

Qualifications
  • 3+ years' experience
  • AA or BA/BS Degree
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and with Google Docs and Teams.
  • SQL Query and Database knowledge required.
