As an Operations Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency within our telecom network. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive improvements in network performance, customer experience, and business operations.
What you will do to contribute to the company's success
  • Reports into the Director of Operations Intelligence, supports our efforts in leveraging data and analytics to drive operational excellence and inform business decisions. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced analytical strategies, overseeing data collection and analysis, and providing actionable insights to optimize operational performance.
  • Works individually and collaboratively with other OI and BI team members to support operational decision-making and drive business growth.
  • Builds, maintains, and communicates detailed reporting models, scorecards, Key Performance Indicators (KPI), and related tools to assist operations leadership in evaluating operational performance.
  • Prepares and presents presentations to team and Company leadership on results using dashboards, PowerPoint, Power BI, and/or other visualization tools.
  • Provides strategic assistance to the OI Director and/or the operations team by making recommendations in the areas of operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Critically evaluates information gathered from multiple sources, reconciles conflicts, decomposes high-level information into details, abstracts up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguishes user requests from the underlying true needs.
